I worked with Denise on a new home my wife and I are building in Delray Beach, FL. For this project I interviewed a number of firms and hers stood out from the competition for a number of reasons. She is a professional who takes her job seriously and is extremely responsive and always has her clients interest first. We could not have made a better choice.
First she took the time to understand what my wife wanted to accomplish and then handled all of the details. This was very helpful as the "options" book was over 300 pages long and every detail needed to be selected. During this process she insured we were aligned and made sure we understood significant decisions.
Second she represented my interests and not the builders and this was critical based upon the experience with the builder. She quickly understood that they were using lower end products and marketing them up from 100 to 400 percent. During a challenging process she worked closely and professionally with the builder but insured my interests were maintained.
Third and most importantly she saved me over $500k by only selecting options from the builder that were core such as marble flooring and then using a third party to provide higher quality products at a lower cost. Despite significant pressure from the builder she professionally represented my interests and reduced by property tax burden by 35 percent because the options she installed are not included in the sale price. The end result is a beautiful home that is the nicest in the neighborhood.

I was fortunate enough to meet Denise Fraile just over a year ago. I had interviewed several interior decorators at this point, but none could understand my vision of the dream home that I really wanted. Then Denise came into the picture and she not only understood my vision, but showed me the possibilities well beyond my wildest dreams. At the first meeting she was well prepared and had gone over and above of what was asked of her. She was hired on the spot. Denise can differentiate between a fad and classic design. Her style will never go out of style.
This was the best decision I've ever made. We met several times after that meeting to really fine tune the masterpiece at hand. Denise is extremely personable and takes the time to truly understand your wants and needs. She was always onsite whenever there was a delivery or a subcontractor present. It was very important to her to get things done right the first time. She allowed me to be involved in every facet of the design and renovation process, and if I was busy I could trust that she would do things right. This is very rare in the ego filled business of interior decorators. I could go on and on about the professionalism and customer care that Denise provided. She completed everything before the target date. I couldn't be happier with my new and improved home. Every room in my home has a special look and feel. Even the guest bathroom.
Since the completion my home has been featured in several prestigious magazines and I am the envy of my Country Club neighborhood. If you truly want the best designer and dream home, I cant emphasize working with Denise enough.
